Norma’s Notes

  • These freeze well.
  • Great to have on hand for an on the go breakfast or snack.
  • High in protein so you feel full longer.
  • You can switch up the ingredients depending on your tastes—Sub in nuts, chocolate chips, coconut or dried cranberries. 
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup ground flax
1/2 sunflower seeds

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients using a mixer.  
  2. Use a cookie scoop and then roll them into balls about 1 1/2 inches big and freeze.
