- These freeze well.
- Great to have on hand for an on the go breakfast or snack.
- High in protein so you feel full longer.
- You can switch up the ingredients depending on your tastes—Sub in nuts, chocolate chips, coconut or dried cranberries.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup ground flax
1/2 sunflower seeds
Directions
- Mix all ingredients using a mixer.
- Use a cookie scoop and then roll them into balls about 1 1/2 inches big and freeze.
