Norma’s Notes
- This is the sauce I have used for years for sweet and sour meatballs or ribs.
- You can make and freeze meatballs ahead of time and then make and add the sauce and bake.
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp soya sauce
1/4 cup cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour over meatballs or ribs and bake.
