Pie Crust

Norma’s Notes

  • This recipe makes enough dough to make four large 2 crust pies.
  • Spray your mixing bowl with cooking spray beforehand to prevent dough from sticking.
  • I divide the dough into four balls, wrap each one in plastic wrap and store in the freezer just in case I need to make a pie for the son-in-law.
  • Use leftover dough - cover with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon, form into a roll and bake - "waste not, want not" I always say.  This little treat is a highly coveted item.
