Norma’s Notes
- Greek salad is one of my all time favourites.
- It is fresh, flavourful and easy to make.
- I love making my own dressing with simple ingredients.
- Even better in the summer when you use fresh herbs and vegetables.
- Salt free.
- I make it with or without lettuce.
- Salad dressing recipe courtesy of my daughter, Brittany.
- Dressing can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for a week.
